In recent years, with the improvement of domestic special vehicle research anddevelopment level, derrick without Guy Line and hydraulic disc brake technique have beenapplied to well repairing machine. The application of new technology makes the originaloperation changed, but there is no relevant operation space design theory to guide theoperation. Aimed at the operation space of the XJ70workover Rig without Guy Line, based onthe man-machine operation space design theory, combined with the development trend of oilworkover rig operation space, to make it efficient, reliable and safe, the paper analyses anddesigns it. Prototype trial process shows that the application of this research can make theoperation efficiency, reliability and safety greatly improved.Based on the two CATIA secondary development technology platform, by using VBprogramming languag, this paper establishes workover operations staff dress model libraries, northwestern China adult male human body model and human body working attitude model. Then according to domestic manufacturers of workover operation space quality, workover Rigwithout Guy Line working characteristics and site conditions, the guy disc brake workover rigoperation space is designed; Then the northwest adult male human body model and theanalysis of the range of operation space, operating force, vision and confort of Yanchangoilfield workover operations personnel is used to analyse, design and optimize it; Finally, combined with the operating space man-machine design principle, according to the results ofman-machine operation space analysis and design, the human body working attitude model isused to assess the comfort and movement.
