Brake is a key part of the braking system security,as an important part of the lifting system,lifting mechanism for dynamic braking performance directly affects the stability and safety of the lifting system,along with the development of finite element theory and computer technology,the disc brake for finite element simulation has become an important part of brake design and development in the.Disc brake is a key safety device of mine hoist,the braking performance is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and working performance.Firstly the structure and working principle of disc brake for a simple introduction.Including the present situation and development trend of research at home and abroad,summarized the various factors that influence the braking performance of the disc brake on the need to deal with contact analysis and contact the technology research,discusses the contact analysis of the structure and the software ANSYS thermal coupling theory and the characteristics of Workbench theory ANSYS.Analysis of the causes of brake disc deflection and impact on power system,according to the coal mine safety regulations in the UG environment for different brake disc deflection of the brake for 3D modeling,3D model is imported into ANSYS Workbench analysis with different load,deflection,the brake disc brake wheel speed and braking pressure distribution of the contact surface of the friction braking pressure in the brake shoe as control variables,and compared the different variables in the brake shoe friction on the surface of the value of the maximum brake pressure and brake friction effect.Through the analysis of brake disc process,causes of the machining error are obtained.According to the brake disc machining requires the use of UG to establish different brake disk face run out model,analysis in the ANSYS Workbench according to the actual working load,obtained the different brake disk face run out,brake disc rotation speed when the brake pressure and brake pressure in the brake shoe friction distribution of contact surface,and compared the three different factors influence the surface friction value maximum braking pressure and friction on the brake shoes.The basic principle of friction heat is introduced in this paper,the boundary conditions are determined,the establishment of the heat conduction equation derivation of three-dimensional temperature field,the distribution of heat flux density.Because of the complexity of the friction heat calculation model of simplified model,brake,the brake shoe shape into a sector,the establishment of three-dimensional model in the UG environment and ANSYS environment are introduced,the temperature distribution of the friction surface pressure and friction contact area,with different initial braking speed,braking pressure brake operating conditions as control variables to obtain the time history curve the influence of different nodes,the brake disc and brake pressure on the initial speed of the temperature contrast.Comprehensive protection device of brake test bench were introduced briefly,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the protection device,in order to analyze the combined effects of the brake pressure in the braking process,the experimental scheme and steps,collected two brake disc deflection and displacement of each brake shoe and brake pressure variation data,analysis the brake disc is two kinds of deflection of brake pressure,at the same time,according to the analysis of brake disc deflection transfinite comprehensive influencing factors of brake force and brake disc deflection simulation analysis results,verify the correctness of the model.
