| As one of the core equipment in SCADA systems RTU is widely used in the oil and gas fields.It is mainly be used for data acquisition, monitoring and communicating with host computer. The RTU is promoted into a period of rapid development with the development of digital oilfield, It also puts forward higher requirements for the design of RTU.In this paper a new design schedule of RTU core unit is put forward after a deep study of the PSoC technical characteristics, in which it uses PSoC5LP as the core and uses a method of hardware and software cooperation. Modularized design idea is used in the hardware of the RTU core unit while hierarchical design ideas is used in the software design process.It gives a stable, excellent and easy to transplant architecture.First of all, the design of hardware platform and BSP which is the software and hardware interface layer are completed.What’s more, operating system μC/OS-Ⅱis transplanted and optimalized on the hardware platform and a plurality of driver modules are accomplished on the μC/OS-Ⅱ OS.Finally,some modules are tested.Multi-configuration RTU core unit based on PSoC5LP has reasonable design, stable operation and can provide users a good platform for secondary development. The RTU core unit also has some practical value and which provides a good reference for RTU design. |
