TPU and SEBS are extremely promising thermoplastic elastomers. How to solve the problem of poor processing properties of TPU and SEBS, and reducing their cost was studied in this thesis.The preparation of TPU(FYM-35)/PVC, TPU(FYM-32)/PVC, TPU(FYM-35)/PVC/-CPE, SEBS-1901/PVC, SEBS-1657/PVC, SEBS-1901/PVC/CPE, TPU/SEBS, TPU/SEBS/PVC, TPU/SEBS/PVC/CPE blends with different proportion was completed by melt blending method, and then tested the tensile strength, elongation at break of samples of blends, observed the microstructure of section of blends, analyze the thermogravimetric of blends by TGA, discussed the influence of additive amount of PVC on mechanical properties, microcosmic morphology, compatibility in multiple blending system, successfully improved the materials processing performance, and reduced the material cost in the end.The research results show that:(1)In TPU/PVC blends, relative to the TPU (FYM-32)/PVC blends, the addition of PVC can improve the rheological properties of TPU(FYM-35)/PVC blendsmore obvious,namely the blend processing has been greatly improved.The comprehensive performance of TPU(FYM-35)/PVC/CPE blends is not better than TPU(FYM-35)/PVC blends. TPU/PVC blends dramatic weight loss at280℃, the TGA curves of TPU/PVC blends changed little below400℃, the TGA curves of TPU/PVC blends changed decrease above400℃.the addition of PVC can improve the tensile strength of TPU(FYM-35), and decrease the balancing torque, elongation at break and the tensile modulus of TPU(FYM-35). When the additive amount of PVC is15%, the tensile strength of blend achieves maximum (27.98MPa),and the elongation at break of TPU(FYM-35) changed little, So,the comprehensive performance is the best when TPU(FYM-35):PVC=100:15.(2) In SEBS (SEBS-g-MAH)/PVC blends, relative to the non-polar SEBS-1657, the addition of PVC can improve the Processing performance of SEBS-1901much more apparent. The fracture mode of SEBS-1657/PVC is brittle fracture, the fracture mode of SEBS-1901/PVC is ductile fracture. The comprehensive performance of SEBS-1901/PVC/CPE blends is not better than SEBS-1901/PVC blends. the addition of PVC can improve the tensile strength of SEBS-1901, and decrease the balancing torque and the tensile modulus of SEBS-1901, but the influence of elongation at break of SEBS-1901is relatively small. When the additive amount of PVC is8%, the tensile strength of blend achieves maximum (11.56MPa),and the influence of elongation at break is relatively small, So,the comprehensive performance is the best when SEBS-1901:PVC=100:8.(3) InTPU/SEBS/PVC blends, the comprehensive performance of TPU/SEBS/PVC/CPE blends is not better than TPU/SEBS/PVC blends. TPU/SEBS/PVC blends dramatic weight loss at280℃, The addition of PVC can decrease the thermogravimetric of TPU/SEBS/PVC blends. The balancing torque of TPU/SEBS/PVC blends are first decreased and then increased trend, the tensile strength and the elongation at break of TPU/SEBS/PVC blends are first increased and then decreased trend. When the additive amount of PVC is15%, the tensile strength of blend achieves maximum,and the influence of elongation at break is relatively small, So,the comprehensive performance is the best when TPU:SEBS:PVC=80:20:15.
