The three types of heterogrnrous inorganic solid base catalyst KOH/MgO,KNO3/MgO and KNO3/Al2O3, were prepared by using MgO and Al2O3as the carries.The three solid base catalysts KOH/MgO, KNO3/MgO, KNO3/Al2O3, were used toproduct new types of structured lipids by the ester-ester interesterification. The solidbase catalysts were characterized by Hammett indicator-benzoic acid, FT-TR, N2adsorption-stripping analysis, TG-DTA, XRD, SEM.The KNO3/Al2O3catalyst was applied to ester-ester interesterification reactionsystem of lard and soybean oil. By analyzing the fatty acids composition of Sn-1,3and Sn-2, triacylglycerol composition, iodine value, and melting point, the catalyticactivity of KNO3/Al2O3was evaluated. All the results showed that, the solid basecatalyst can be appiled for interesterification of soybean oils and lard.After thecatalyst KNO3/Al2O3was appiled five times, the stability of catalyst KNO3/Al2O3wasstill high.The KNO3/MgO, as a catalyat, was applied to ester-ester interesterificationreaction system of methyl stearate and soybean oil.Several influence factors wasconsidered. When the catalyst amount was25wt%, reaction temperature was200℃,reaction time was2h, substrate molar ratio of soybean oil to methyl stearate was1:2, thestearic acid methyl ester conversion rate was63%. The results of repeat experimentsindicated that, the catalyst KNO3/MgO still has high activity after used for five timesin ester-ester interesterification of methyl stearate and soybean oil.The catalyst, KOH/MgO, was applied to catalyze methyl stearate and soybean oil.Influence factors such as reaction temperature were discussed.When the catalystamount was25wt%, reaction temperature was180℃,reaction time was4h, substratemolar ratio of soybean oil to methyl stearate was1:3, the stearic acid methyl esterconversion rate was53%. The catalyst still retained high activity after repeatedly usedfor five times.
