Vibrating screen is one of screening machinery developed rapidly in recentdecades.It’s widely used in food, metallurgy, construction and other industries. With therapid development of the economy, vibrating screen is developing toward large-scale,efficient, multi-functional,the vibration characteristics of the structure and the quality of theperformance will directly affect the yield and quality of cleanup. Therefore, it is quitesignificant and practical valuable to study the vibration screen.This paper describes the development and research status of vibration screen. Based onvibration theory and the structural features of TQLZ180×200type screening machine, thevibration characteristics and kinetics of vibrating screen were researched in this paper. Theresearch results not only provided the basis to improve the efficiency and quality of screening,but also presented the direction for the optimization design and improvement of vibratingscreen.This paper has mainly carried on the following respects:(1) Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of TQLZ180×200typevibrating screen, set up the mechanical model and dynamic equations of the vibrating screen,at the same time, the relevant theoretical parameters of vibrating screen has been derived,which provides the basis of a comparison theory for the subsequent simulation analysis.(2) The application of outstanding3D entities modeling software PRO/E design entitymodel of TQLZ180×200type vibrating screen and proper equivalent-simplification, andthen create ADAMS kinematics simulation analysis model of vibrating screen, and based onthis model, we analyzed its basic vibration parameters, the law of vibration characteristics, thelaw of transverse oscillation and the material movement characteristics,etc.(3) The paper establishes the finite element model of the TQLZ180×200type vibratingscreen in ANSYS Workbench,and calculates the results of static analysis, modal analysis andharmonic response analysis with the ANSYS, come to its first ten natural frequencies andvibration models, stress distributing graph and stress frequency response curve, etc. The results of the analysis show the structure stiffness and strength can satisfy the actual request,what provides the basis for the structural design and improvement.(4) For reasonable application of vibrating screen and the improved structure providesthe basis, as well as for the design research and development of new combined clean screenprovides a reference.
