| Vibrating screen is a kind of mechanical equipment which uses vibration to screen ore, coal and so on.It is mainly used to filter impurities and size classification. The lf1850 d linear vibrating screen studied in this paper has the advantages of low noise and high screening efficiency, and has been widely used in mining, coal and other industries.Due to the large vibration intensity, bad working environment and the concentrated dynamic stress on the whole screen body for a long time, the bearing damage, screen side cracking and girder fracture and other faults occur frequently.Among them, girder fracture is one of the most fatal failures of vibrating screen. Therefore, this paper takes the linear vibrating screen as the research object, and studies how to avoid resonance, diagnosis of girder crack, deformation of key components, etc. The linear vibrating screen is modeled by finite element method, and a prefabricated crack is added to the main beam of the vibrating screen. The crack propagation characteristics are used to analyze the relationship between the damage degree of the crack and the remaining life. Then the modal analysis of the key components of the vibrating screen, such as the lower connecting beam, the upper connecting beam, the side wall and the screen frame,is carried out.The first ten natural frequencies are obtained, and a certain side wall and screen frame are found The order natural frequency is close to the excitation frequency of the vibrating screen, and the improved effect is verified by the harmonic response analysis of the screen frame. The virtual prototype technology is used to test the deformation of the shaker beam and other components. The test results show that the crack of the shaker beam can be judged by the change of modal frequency. This study provides an important theoretical basis and important reference for ensuring the safe, stable and efficient operation of the shale shaker, and has a real guiding significance for enterprises in the aspects of vibration screening, fault detection, and local improvement according to the actual production.Figure45;Table 10;Reference 61... |
