With the wet spraying process promotion in the coal mine roadway support,coal mining enterprises pay more attention on feeding, mixing, wet spray equipment integration of coal mine roadway. Multi-national research institutions have been have developed a several types of wet spraying machine, mixers and reclaimers under the conditions of coal mine tunnel. But none has not yet developed an effective integrated equipment with feeding, mixing and wet spray system.Reclaimers which replace the manual labor as direct feeding device to mining wet spraying machine and mixers, its work efficiency and the ability have a greater impact on roadway wet spraying efficiency. However,reclaimers produced have common problems such as limited griping ability, unefficiency and unsatisfactory experimental results.It is the reason why heading equipment has not been large-scale promotion.In this paper, we use modern mechanical design theory and methods, combined with bulk grab knowledge,analyze agency working object and characteristics of the grab agency, to make sure the structure of the grab,build dynamic equilibrium equations and grabbing trace curve in the process of digging. Then we establish grab agency nonlinear optimization model of grabbing ability, optimize the grab institutions,solute the model based on Lagrange multiplier method to get the optimal solution of the grab.Using Matlab software programming and simulation, we get the process of digging resistance change law under the optimal structure parameters grab institutions.Based on virtual prototype technology,establish mechanism virtual prototype model of the grab and the reclaimer,study its dynamic simulation, performance analysis and structural stability of the whole machine.Analysis and simulation results show that the grab strength, stiffness, structural kinematics of reclaimer institutions can meet the design requirements.Take institution for the prototype test and industrial experiment.Experimental results show that the development of the grab is correct and feasible. Its grasp dig function, working efficiency and net rate and on conditions were fully meet the requirements of the underground construction. And get the biggest falling speed and quality of grab when reclaimer have the maximum ability to grab.Through the experiment,we analysis the grab self-respect and fall speed to the effect of grabbing abilities.
