The Research And Design For Control Schemes Of The Tire Wind Up Line

A tire company wants to make a manufacture modification about product line, make a research and design about tire line wind up control schemes. After acquiring the knowledge of the tire wind up production arts and crafts, Field-bus and Rockwell Controllogix product, a wind up control system is designed. Accorading to technical trait of product line, this thesis focuses on multi-motors synchronization control and wind up tension control.First, this thesis summarize the situation about radials tire at home and board, introduce the technical request about the tire wind up product line, comes up a soulation about most feature of the system control. Analyze Rockwell Field-bus control function. The control system is designed by Rockwell Field-bus control manufacture system, PanlView Pluse and Controllogix system as lower sation.For keeping speed synchronization of conveyor belt, this thesis makes a deep research about mulit-motors synchronization control. During the study of the mulit-motors synchronization control process, speed compensation is desiged after link the production arts and crafts.Leading the fuzzy into the system, design a speed synchronization fuzzy-PID controller.For keeping constant-tension by the process of wind up tire, this thesis researches the wind up control in depth. By the analysis of the tesion and the theory of AC motor vector control, desiging a wind up tension control system based on the direct tension control. Puting the singnal neuron PID to wind up system, instroduce wind up tension control system hardware structure, prove the performance of this system by manufacture process and SPC (Statistical Process Control) test.
