With the development of the printing and packaging industry,the original postpress equipment is unable to meet the rapid growth of the market request because of lower automation level of integration.At present domestic manufacturers have launched their self-owned brand cutting production lines,these lines can realize the automation function by using SPC and microcomputer control but could not achieve the full-automation.Therefore,we will get economic value and practical significance in this automatic cutting production line.This paper analyzes the demand of electrical system design at first.The original cutting line has an independent system,it could not realize the whole line automation operation with manual operation of paper cutting,handling and moving.Based on this issue,design the AC servo system and AC frequency conversion system to control the cutting production line,and deal with system information through the centralized control of PLC.For AC servo system,it need meet the repositioning precision of the paper cutting,and given its focus on the design of control system circuit and position control module;For AC frequency conversion system analyzes the system requirements firstly,it gives the design interface circuit and control circuit according to demand.Finally,it gives the centralized control design scheme with PLC,and debug the servo system and frequency conversion system espectively.The experimental results show that it could realize automatic control of cutting production line,the whole process runs stably and shorten the working cycle.For multi motor synchronous control system design,based on the principle of the PID control algorithm,the method of fuzzy PID control is first applied to the printing product to realize the high precision synchronous control.The method is to find the fuzzy relation between three PID parameters and the speed difference-e,speed change rate-?e,with detection constantly in the process,then modify PID parameters according to the fuzzy control theory to meet the synchronism requirements.Motor synchronization performance is validated by simulation experiments,the results show that the motor synchronization control system can achieve better dynamic performance and synchronization precision by using fuzzy PID control.At last,it gives the PLC algorithm implementation of fuzzy PID control.Aim at the large amount of data of the system communication,fast response and high precision,it gives the hardware and software design between servo controller,frequency conversion controller and PLC.Key point is based on the free communication port definition and communication protocol,it gives the hardware design for free communication of the automatic cutting production line.Meanwhile,it gives a communication program in free communication mode.
