In recent years,the long standing and sedentary way of life and work make the chronic venous disease of lower limbs gradually prominent.In this context,the medical textile industry ushered in a period of rapid growth.Medical pressure socks provide ankle downward pressure to lower limbs,promote blood flow back to the heart,and play a positive role in human health,which has been widely used in the medical field and sports field.Therefore,it is very important to further study the comfort and efficacy of pressure socks.In this paper,the wearability of different grades of pressure socks was studied and analyzed,and the blood flow velocity of human lower limbs was taken as the test index to reveal the influence mechanism of pressure socks on human blood circulation.The research of human blood circulation was applied to the development of pressure socks to provide some reference,so as to provide the main basis for the development and research of medical textiles.In this paper,three different grades of pressure socks were selected as experimental samples,and the mechanical properties of them were tested by Instron universal strength tester.The results show that with the increase of pressure grade,the initial modulus and plastic deformation rate of pressure socks increase,while the elastic recovery rate decreases.That is to say,the elasticity of high-grade pressure socks is poor,and the deformation is more difficult under the action of small external force.Phabr Ometer fabric style instrument was used to test the tactile comfort of selected samples,and it was found that the lower the pressure level was,the better the bending resistance and relaxation resistance of pressure socks would be,and the better the wearing comfort of pressure socks would be.Secondly,the pressure distribution of different grades of pressure socks worn on the leg mold was tested and analyzed.It was found that the pressure produced by the pressure socks was negatively correlated with the elastic recovery rate of the fabric,and positively correlated with the elastic modulus of the fabric.That is,the higher the pressure level,the greater the external force required by the pressure socks at the same elongation,the greater the clothing pressure on the human body.Finally,doppler blood flow detector was used to measure the changes of skin blood flow before and after wearing different levels of pressure socks.The main conclusions are as follows: three different grades of pressure socks can reduce the blood flow velocity of the distal lower extremity.However,when wearing low-grade pressure socks,the decrease of blood flow velocity and reaction time are not as rapid as those of high-grade pressure socks,that is,the pressure needs to accumulate to a certain extent to produce obvious blocking effect on peripheral skin blood flow;Three different grades of pressure stockings can accelerate the blood flow velocity of the non pressure part of the lower limb,and when the blood flow speed reaches a certain increase,it will decrease on this basis.However,the decrease time of blood flow velocity corresponding to grade I pressure socks is earlier than that of grade II pressure socks,which is because the elasticity index of grade I pressure socks is slightly larger and the ability to resist pressure attenuation is stronger.
