Medical Compression Stockings are widely used in the field of medical and sports,the gradient rationality of compression stocking is determined by the test results of the leg-model,without considering about the pressure variation in actual wear,and the research of pressure variation which caused by shape of the lower limb of the human body in the process of wearing is still lacking.This paper which took real persons as experiment subjects,took the pressure value as test index,and used the Measurement System for Physiological Comfort of Garment AMI-X3 P to measure it.According to the Standard and Vein direction of lower extremity,the measurement points were found including sixteen different body points which were the ankle in minimum perimeter,the bottom of gastrocnemius,the calf circumference and the extremities inferior shinbone,as well as testing the anterior,posterior,lateral,medial of each girth.To explore the pressure distribution and the regularity of pressure distribution,we launched the research from two aspects,including the three postures of human lower limbs(standing,sitting and lying)and the three leg types(normal type,O type and X type).Here are the results after analysis.(1)The pressure distribution rules which contains three postures of standing,sitting and lying,as well as the rules of the pressure changes,were obtained.It was found that when the posture changes,the pressure of the test points changed significantly.The pressure distribution of medial and posterior at the standing posture meet the YY/T 0853-2011 criterion,while the posture of sitting and lying didn't meet the criterion.(2)The pressure distribution rules which contains three leg types of normal type,O type and X type were obtained.And the rules of the pressure changes were obtained by comparing the two leg types with the normal type.It was found that when the leg types changes,the pressure of the test points changed significantly.At the moment,the pressure distribution of both the O type and X type didn't meet the gradient distribution rules in the YY/T 0853-2011 criterion.(3)Analyzing the pressure of the normal legs with the statistical analysis.There were significant differences of different transverse on different sides(anterior,posterior,lateral,medial).At the same time,there were significant differences on different postures,except the calf circumference.The pressure of the bottom of gastrocnemius was significantly different in different individuals,and there were no significant differences in the pressure values of other transverse test lines.(4)Analyzing the pressure of the various leg types with the statistical analysis.The effects of different sides(anterior,posterior,lateral,medial)on the pressure of each test point reached a remarkable significant level.At the same time,there were significant differences on different leg types,except the bottom of gastrocnemius.There were no significant differences in the pressure values when different subjects had the same leg type.
