Countermeasure Analysis Of Coordinated Development Between International Trade And Environmental Protection

Since entering the era of industrialization, especially since the new century, withthe economic globalization and regional economic integration process accelerating,including developing countries all over the world economic and social development isextremely rapid,"human beings in less than100years, has made thousands of yearsago is the supreme achievements million years". However, the world especially thedeveloping countries by export-oriented economic development strategy throughinternational trade with the rapid development of economy at the same time, has alsobrought serious environmental problems. Professor of economics at the University ofChicago America Mundell attended the2013Davos Forum in Dalian pointed out,"theinternational community to focus on economic development and growth of wealth atthe same time, the coordinated development of more take great efforts to do well inthe international trade and environmental protection". The increasingly seriousenvironmental problems caused widespread concern in the international organizationsand countries in the world, the United Nations successively in1972and1992held aWorld Conference on environment and development, and gradually established aseries of principles to all the countries in the world to solve the coordination problemof international trade and the environment, the developed countries in environmentalprotection as an excuse by non tariff barriers and green trade barriers to limitdeveloping products import. This article is based on this background, the coordinateddevelopment of international trade and environmental protection system, optimizationstrategy of China’s international trade and environmental protection coordinateddevelopment in the new situation to explore the optimization and upgrading of thestrategic adjustment of the economic structure and development mode.In order to enhance the scientific, systematic and Countermeasuresmaneuverability, this study will adhere to raise questions, analyze and solve theproblem of "three steps" paradigm, the comprehensive application of knowledge ofinternational trade, environmental economics, development economics, statistics andother disciplines, focusing on theoretical analysis and the empirical research combinedwith qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the organic unity, problem analysisand countermeasure research in logic design, reference, on the basis of analysis andcomparison from the level of economic development put forward countermeasures ofChina’s international trade and environmental protection coordinated development. In the study, this paper will mainly use the literature analysis, empirical analysis,comparative analysis of three kinds of research methods; the main content of thispaper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction; it is the premise of thisstudy. The second part is the summary of the theory of international trade andenvironmental protection，which is the theoretical basis of this study. The third partis the analysis of basic situation of China’s international trade and environmentalprotection, and the existence, it is the focus of this research. The fourth part is theCountermeasures of China’s international trade and environmental protectioncoordinated development, which is the conclusion of this study. The fifth part is thesummary of this study. Compared with the similar research, this research has exploredthe extremely important theory significance and the practical significance, specificperformance in the following areas. This paper is to innovate the coordinateddevelopment research paradigm of international trade and environmental protection.The international trade and environmental protection is discussed in this paper arebeneficial to the optimization and upgrading of sustainable development andenvironmental protection in China international trade development. The research willbe helpful for our country comprehensive national strength, international influenceand enhance the core competitiveness.
