In order to improve our level of cutting processing, a highdegree of automation, friendly interface, fully functional CNC flame cuttingmachine based on the automatic programming is developedFirstly, according to the procedure of cutting, CNC system functionalrequirements are identified, on this basis, the overall design scheme isformulated; Secondly, through the analysis of DXF file format and cuttingprocess, MicroDraw software is used to achieve graphics automaticprogramming function; Then, the software design of cutting machine CNCsystem was completed, the specific implementation of the major functionalmodules are described, The key issues such as real-time monitoring of theprocess, machining process simulation, rollback processing, the parallelprocessing of multi-task are solved; Soon afterwards, the hardwareconfiguration of the cutting machine is introduced, the works principles of CNCcutting machine, the main hardware selection, the circuit connection betweenthe control cabinet design and the various components are expounded; Finally,the installation and commissioning of CNC system is completed, the machiningaccuracy and stability were tested on the practical cases.The CNC system has been successfully applied in flame cutting machine,the functional requirements of system are implemented, the key issues insoftware development are solved through the study of this topic. The CNCsystem can be used for enterprise NC transformation projects because of itsadvantages such as simple structure, easy operation, easy maintenance.
