Based on the theory of computer control and network communication technology, combining with concrete project, Huachen BMW, Shanghai Volkswagen, Beijing Benz sedan white body production line integration’s background, with PROFINET industrial Ethernet technology equipment, process integration as the main line, a comprehensive introduction of car white body manufacturing process of laser welding process principle, classification and the implementation process, the content involved in laser, industrial robots, programmable logic control (PLC), the safety circuit, welding path planning, special equipment for process integration process, focuses on the foreign latest laser welding, laser welding flight (or scanning welding, remote welding) basic principle, implementation method and safety measures.Using PROFINET technology in the distributed automation concept for equipment integration, process optimization, equipment, spare and reliability problems, such as technology, technology, management, integrated optimization, through the actual project, summary and conclusion based on PROFINET industrial Ethernet technology advantages, and puts forward a new production line equipment integration concept-process spare model, not only can reduce the number of automatic production line of the same type equipment, to achieve the standby in the process of production, and improve the utilization rate of equipment operation, safety and reliability.Combined with years experience in the process of integration in car white body production line, the laser welding process planning and design, equipment selection, field, summarized the whole process of integration, installation and debugging, sorting, overview of laser welding units, design specification, control integration architecture, and on this basis, expanding the concept of the production line equipment spare, put forward the new concept of technology back-up, and deals with the basic principles and methods of process spare feasibility analysis and argument, in guarantee under the premise of reliability, security, the goals of improve equipment utilization, reduce costs, fundamentally solve the existing laser technology in equipment integration, and some drawbacks in alternative.Process spare concept is proposed in this paper based on PROFINET technology design idea and function module, the equipment integration solution from the traditional model of distributed integration into the distributed integration mode, the reasonable matching of equipment resources and modular design, so as to achieve full potential of mining equipment, reduce the cost of investment and use cost, enhance the reliability, security. Process spare concept can be applied to the design of the automatic production line planning and the optimization of existing production line modification, to domestic production lines, automatic assembly line of the white body late prophase of the project such as planning, equipment integration and optimization, especially the integrated application of laser welding process of automatic production line, have certain reference and guidance.
