| Along with the development of microelectronic, communicating and industrialEthernet technique, our country pay great attention to the safety production of coalmines in order to inspire equipments intellectualization and their modernization level.Serving as the key part of the whole safety production protection system, the powermonitoring system of coal mines directly contain the power supplement tomining equipments and production safety protection devices. So the stability andreliability of the whole underground supply network should be ensued to realize theprotection of the whole system. Based on this view, we should adopt modernequipments to reduce power supply accidents caused by human factors, build perfectand reliable power monitoring system network. Besides these things, we should alsostrengthen the management of the power equipments production, provide stablepower supply, and make sure the safety of the whole production process. All of thethings mentioned above have very realistic meanings.To reach the goal, this paper firstly consult related information about the powermonitoring system, analysis and summarize the domestic and foreign development,point out the insufficient existed. Then this paper finish actual research in the firmsof coal mines, propose a designing scheme about power monitoring system based onFPGA-ARM. This paper emphasize on the power monitoring system whichcomposed of FPGA and ARM microprocessors. The system design mainly containunderground communicating substation in the pit and system working on collectinghigh voltage comprehensive protection switch signals.Communication substation in the pit use ARM as the controlling core to realizemanagement of the whole system. Serving as an important part of the system,communicating substations are required to transfer great deal of real timeinformation to make the transmission of data in the pit effective, reliable and stable.The high voltage comprehensive protection collecting system adopt double framework of FPGA-ARM. The system use FPGA to complete logical control andfinish10roads AD signal synchronous collection, realize the monitoring of currentand voltage signal. The ARM microprocessors mainly deal with the data collected bythe system and finish the communication of such data. By means of the embeddedoperation system and network communication protocol, the system can achievemultitask switchover function.This paper accomplished the design of communicating substation and highvoltage comprehensive protection of switch signal collecting system. The systemtake full advantage of FPGA and ARM microprocessor, realize the measurement,control and monitoring of power network in the pit. The results indicate that thedesign preliminarily meet the requirements. |
