Along with the development of industry and related industries, the domestic polypropylene hydrocarbon device emerges the development of blowout,and the market demand is constantly changing.Requiring resin performance improved significantly,as well as polypropylene hydrocarbon producers need to continuous develop and produce high performance products. The adding of additives is realized through extrusion granulation poly propylene hydrocarbon which will promote final product performance and quality stability.Extrusion granulation process produce amounts of dust.And the dust suction system will serious affect the production safety and work environment.With the dust concentration increasing,which will csuse dust flash accident,injuries and pollution.Thus,it is an important link in pelleting machine production that solving the problem of dust emission in granulator suction system.In the paper, through querying the information on polypropylene production at home and abroad, investigating the domestic partly polypropylene device,studying the production devices characteristics and performance,analyzing the working principle and characteristics of all kinds of extrusion pelleting machine. According to the structure characteristic about of our factory production equipment.Choosing two sets of typical dust emission plans.Designing a feasible dust emission scheme of suction system. And analyzing the fault types and production influencing factors on extrusion pelleting machine,put forward the corresponding solutions.The corresponding improvement measures were presented by the fault analysis of s uction system.The suction system has been redesigned by using the existing equipment,which recycled PR powder comprehensively,realized zero discharge,comprehensive automatic controlling, and reduced production safety dangers.It also realized dust of closed cycle fundamentally, that reduced the dust harm to th e production. By realizing the "zero emissions" suction system, the unit was operated safely and smoothly, and the operator dust exposure produce occupational hazards were eradicated.
