The development of Moxi gas reservoir can not only alleviate the contradiction of the natural gas market in short supply, and can obtain higher economic benefits and social benefits. Production safety is the eternal theme in oil and gas enterprises and enterprise survival foundation, in accordance with the requirements for the safe operation of the internal gathering project, an urgent need to internal gathering engineering actual situation, according to the correlation in the design stage to its safety pre-assessment method study, thus reasonable to establish the integrity of internal gathering engineering in the design phase, it will guarantee safe operation for operation and maintenance stages.Based on a comprehensive analysis of based data of Longwangmiao station's the internal station project and line engineering, through analyzing the main dangerous and harmful substances, establish comprehensive factors station/pipeline safety inspection table, combined with the method of risk assessment to carry out safety assessment, safety pre evaluation method on pipeline project of Longwangmiao is analyzed and studied, the specific contents are as follows.?1? The dangerous and harmful substance is identified during construction period, the early stage of the production, the production runtime correlation internal gathering engineering of natural gas, such as H2S, CO2, SO2 and FeS. The dangerous and harmful factors mainly exist during the repair time in the personnel of wrong operation, illegal operation, protection facilities defects, bad operation environment, etc. Based on the GB18218, the Moxi 202-East gathering station pipeline is the major hazard source. Gas gathering engineering containing H2S, CO2, corrosion in the pipeline and its accessories can lead to fire, explosion and poisoning accidents.?2? On the basis of reasonable division of evaluation unit, established the comprehensive factors of yard safe check table, security design and arrangement of the inspection on station location, area, general layout, building, content, gas transmission process, station facilities, safety relief, lightning protection, anti-static, fire control and power supply, such as H2S safety protection 11 sports in 64 events. There are 4 items not clear. Evaluation unit is determined by the unit risk assessment, risk compensation effect, the evaluation results show that each field to evaluate the risk level ?R? compensation before all yard to "light" "moderation" on compensation after an acceptable level; Internal explosion index level ?E? According to the dangerous and harmful factors identification and safety evaluation results, from the design stage, construction stage, start-up and commissioning period, the normal production period, shutdown and maintenance, safety management, put forward the reasonable countermeasures, improve the safe operation of the internal correlation gathering engineering ability.
