Iron and steel production enterprise is a large streamline production which have a longprocess, many links, more complicated processes and a large amount of material treatment.The production process of a typical iron and steel enterprise mainly includes blast furnaceironmaking, converter steelmaking, continuous casting, hot rolling mill and fine machining.Especially steelmaking, continuous casting and hot rolling mill are the key processes. Theyare independent in the traditional iron and steel production. In production management, allof anlysis and researches are aimed at a speific process. Iron and steel productionenterprise schedule coordinatlly in order to save energy and reduce cost.This paper considers the coordinated scheluling model of smelting, casting and rollingbased on Multi-Agent.First of all, it describes current researches about coordinatiedscheduling of smelting, casting and rolling based on Multi-Agent at home and abroadpresent situation, the process of production and the development of Multi-Agent aregrasped in this paper. Second, combined with the constraints of each step, the coordinatedscheduled Mathematical model is built. Then the coordinated scheduled Simulation modelis built based on Multi-Agent. Simulation model involves eight Agents. This paperexpounds the functions of each Agent and the coordinate schedule of eight Agents eachother. Finally, the coordinated scheduling model of smelting, casting and rolling based onMulti-Agent run on Repast simulation system platform. And this paper desires acoordinated scheluled system.It is important to choose a rational production pattern in the Iron and steel enterprise.Multi-Agent is applied to the coordinate scheduling of smelting, casting and rolling in thispaper, not only have value of promotion and application in Multi-Agent, but also solve theactual problems in the production process, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
