With the development of China’s economy, energy demand is increasing, the coal consumption is also growing, extending to the deep coal mining. With the increase of mining depth, surrounding rock of roadway support difficulty to increase this to support technology puts forward new requirements. Bolt supporting is one of the main branch of mine rock roadway supporting methods, the existing supporting decision system deficiencies, to improve.This paper mainly to Huainan-Huaibei mining rock tunnel as engineering background, a collection of more than30tunnel engineering geological, hydrogeological condition, and the supporting scheme of data, a preliminary classification of dealing with sample data, selects30as the decision-making system of training samples, the remaining3as the validation sample. At the same time, the development of the "classification of surrounding rock stability of deep mine roadway and supporting decision system by using the software of MATLAB.Through the research and development of process decision system, got the following conclusions:1、It gives the deformation factors of instability and the support effect of roadway, and the corresponding supporting design target selection principles.2、Based on the principle of engineering rock mass classification theory and expert scoring method, the sample of roadway surrounding rock classification, provides the training samples for the decision system.3、Prediction model based on artificial neural network, constructs the decision system of classification of surrounding rock and support network; the network input layer of neural node number is8, the hidden layer has1layers, the number of hidden layer nodes is13,the output layer node number is16.4、Based on the software MATLAB developed the surrounding rock classification to adapt to different depth two Huai mining area of roadway surrounding rock and support decision system, using the GUI interface design three major function module of the system:(1) the establishment of neural network model and selection module;(2) the stability of roadway surrounding rock classification module;(3) the roadway support design module. 5、Select the II7226N as a test of roadway, respectively to verify the decision system for numerical simulation of FLAC3D and the deformation observation method, experimental results show that the support decision system has strong practicality and reliability, and it can provide the basis for roadway construction.
