Probability screen can get material with multiple level of particle size through one screening operation. With the improvement of industrial level, construction and related applications continues to expand the scale, and the demand for screening machine is also rising, especially the probability screen. At the same time, a large number of engineering practice shows that the phenomenon of screen blocking is very common during screening, and this problem is difficult to eliminate because the screening process is very complex. This article will conduct in-depth study aiming at this issue.This article introduces the structure and working mechanism of probability screen, and has a systematic analysis on the characteristics of probability screen, studies the operation performance and the parameters of probability screen, such as the amplitude, frequency, screen area, operation effect and so on, and the influence factors of these parameters.This article also studies the probability of hole blocking and its influence factors, and establishes the mathematical model of probability of blockage on the basis of the existing theories through the analysis of motion and stress state of material. For analyzing the influence factors of hole blocking, this paper will choose some factors to do the experiment to get the influence law of these factors, and draw the curve according to the test data.Then paper studies the cleaning process for the screen, analyses the stress state of material that blocks the sieve to get the influence factors that influence the material divorcing from the screen and its influence law, and chooses some factors to do the experiment to draw the curve according to the test data.At last, paper summaries several methods of reducing the probability of blockage and the screen cleaning, and compare the different methods to get their advantages and dis advantages. The paper focuses on the analysis of the equipment whose trajectory is straight line or circle to get the best time of these two kinds of models to clean the screen. According to the above analysis, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestion for the optimization design of probability screen, and provides useful guidance for the further research.
