In the process of project construction, risk is ubiquitous. Whether it is technicalrisk, quality risk, schedule risk or environment risk, If you cannot identify anassessment of risk factors effectively in the project, once potential risks become areality of accident, it will bring on irreparable loss of economic property to theprojects. Especially for the project of Lithium ion battery-graphite deep processing,which belong to Strategic emerging industry, Project construction is faced with strongtechnical uncertainty and huge demand for funds, the environment is complex whichis related to mineral resources development, and many other risk factors. So theeffective risk management for projects is obligatory, in order to ensure the process ofproject construction is smooth. This study takes Pride graphite anode materials deepprocessing project for an example, discusses the project risk management issues, notonly to provide guidance for the project, but also provides a construction experiencereference for other similar projects. The main contents of this study include thefollowing aspects:First, the identification analysis for Pride project risk. According to the actualsituation of Pride project, This study analyzes the current risk management practicesin project team, includes serious exploration of resource reserves; careful planning tocarry out the factory plane; the Rational design of product scheme; carrying outscientific selection of equipment. On this basis, this study carrying out discriminatoryanalysis for the subsequent construction, including environmental risk, financial risk,technology risk and construction project risk.Second, the risk assessment analysis for Pride project. On the basis of the projectrisk assessment methodology summary, this study carry out qualitative assessment forrisk factors faced by the process of Pride project construction. Environmental riskfactors include market environmental risk, policy environmental risk, industry environmental risks; financial risks mainly include financing difficulties, the localgovernment financial difficulties, cost control is difficult; technology risk factorsinclude: technology trends uncertain, technology maturity is still low, the largerdifficulty of technical research; construction risk factors include environmentalpollution, security incidents risk and quality risk.Third, the risk control program for Pride project. On the basis of identificationand assessment for risk factors, this study presents control policies and programs forPride project risk, the main contents include: the production of a list of project risks,strictly control project costs, scientific proof programs of technology, project qualitymanagement strengthen and so on.
