Research On Risk Control Of Material Purchasing In J Oilfield Company

The oil industry is very important for the economic development of a country,and the material foundation ensure safe operation of the enterprises.Due to the oil industry production management has become increasingly difficult,the current problems faced by the material purchase also becomes more and more outstanding.Material procurement is a vital component of enterprise management in J oil company,it’s risk also gradually increases.Therefore,studying the material purchase risk control is very importment.This paper mainly studies the method of company governance,company risk management and internal control.We research this theme from the perspective of the procurement requirements,looking for the problems existing in oil supplies procurement,limitations and the forming reasons,deeply analyzed the key business processes of procurement plans management,the course of procurement bidding,business negotiation purchasing management,purchasing quality management and the training of procurement staff ethics in J oil field company.During the resrarch we randomly issued questionnaires,and evaluation the identified risks scientifically.Finally we put forward the corresponding risk control measures.These methods mentioned in this paper have great significance to internal control and risk management in oil enterprises.
