With the human fossil energy drain and environmental problems (the greenhouse effect, the fog weather. acid rain and so on) getting more and more attention, searching new and renewable energy to maintain human survival and social sustainable development has been the international trend.Biomass is abundant of renewable green energy. Therefore, using biomass as raw materials for biological aviation fuel and high quality chemicals become the world’s attention in all field. also become a hot research topic in the energy chemical industry. Biomass (wood) as raw materials, this paper put forward and realized the new method of "sawdust catalytic pyrolysis prepareing C6-C8low carbon aromaticâ†'prepareing C6and C8low carbon compound into C8-C15aromatics by low-temperature alkylationâ†'C8-C15aromatics prepareing C8-C15naphthenic hydrocarbon by hydrogenation " for the first time. At the same time we studied the basic rulein in the process of the wood prepareing C8-C15aromatics and C8-C15naphthenic hydrocarbon. combining with the analysis and the catalyst characterization, preliminary study the synthesis mechanism, the main innovative process in follow:1. sawdust catalytic pyrolysis prepareing C6-C8low carbon aromatic hydrocarbonsDuring the process of sawdust catalytic pyrolysis prepareing C6-C8low carbon aromatic hydrocarbons. firstly, the wood with pyrolysis become the mixture of monomers, then the mixture after dehydration, dehydroxylation, decarboxylate, cyclization, aromatization and oligomerization. This article selects HZSM-5as catalyst studing catalytic processn of sawdust catalytic pyrolysis prepareing C6-C8low carbon aromatic hydrocarbons.Under the optimized reaction conditions, the selectivity of C6-C8low carbon aromatics is74.3C-mol%,the carbon yield of C6and C8low carbon aromatic hydrocarbons aromatic is18.3C-mol%.2. C6-C8low carbon aromatic prepareing C8-C15aromatics by low temperature alkylationAviation kerosene mainly include alkane. cyclanes and aromatic hydrocarbonsalkane three components, the typical carbon number in the range of C8-C15.This article select [bmim] C1-2AlCl3ionic liquid as catalyst, with low carbon olefins mixture as alkylation reagents, studied the catalytic process and the basic law of C6-C8low carbon compound into C8-C15aromatics by alkvlation.The study proved that,under the condition of low temperature (25-80℃) and atmospheric pressure, we can change the reaction temperature and reaction time to adjust the carbon number distribution of product during the alkylation.In optimizing reaction conditions (T=60℃,t=60min),we can obtain the main C8-C15aromatics products, the weight yield and selectivity of C8-C15aromatics respecticely were79.2wt%and83.6C-mol%, after the detction and analysis the C8-C15aromatic hydrocarbon basically meet the basic technical requirements of the commonly used aviation fuel.3. C8-C15aromatics prepareing C8-C15naphthenic hydrocarbon by hydrogenationTo get the naphthenic hydrocarbon of aviation kerosene, we use the C8-C15aromatics prepared in the second step as material and5%Pd/AC as catalyst, under the reaction conditions of (T=200℃, hydrogen pressure P=5MPa) to get completely C8-C15naphthenic hydrocarbon by hydrogenation,and after the hydrogenation reaction the distribution of carbon number has no obvious change,the weight yield and selectivity of C8-C15naphthenic hydrocarbon respecticely were80.4wt%and82.3C-mol%, after the detction and analysis theC8-C15naphthenic hydrocarbon basically meet the basic technical requirements of the commonly used aviation fuel.
