With the gradual advance of coal mining to the deep,the mining efficiency has been greatly improved in the mean time,while other problems following one another,such as lefting a large amount of coal in goaf,serious air leakage,mining pressure appears strong etc.The risk of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf increases,which occurs frequently in underground coal mines.Therefore,taking long-term significance into consideration,it's necessary for the treatment of mine fires that the study of coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control technology program.In this paper,Liuzhuang Mine is taken as the engineering background which concludes the 120502 fully mechanized mining face.Through the measurement of the energy level of the 120502 working face ventilation system,the atmospheric parameters,the physical parameters of the main roadway section,the main closed wall and the pressure difference of the damper are recorded.Various ventilation reference values determine the optimal ventilation status of the 120502 working face.Combined with the characteristics of NO.05 coal seam in Liuzhuang Mine,the distribution of temperature in goaf and the change of main functional relation of indicator gases were arranged and observed in the project site.According to the recorded temperature value and temperature curve,analysis the possible spontaneous combustion danger areas existed on the working face.Through functional relation of indicator gases value and it's change trends,studied the distribution law of three spontaneous combustion zones in goaf and divided it's range.According to the actual production conditions of the 120502 working face in Liuzhuang Mine,the "three-in-one" fire prevention concept,namely the beam tube monitoring and distribution system,the comprehensive fire prevention technology of the goaf and the effect evaluation of the fire prevention measures are proposed,which step by step and complement each other,form the time-effect monitoring in three-dimensional space in the area of working face.The beam tube monitoring and forecasting system mainly unfords from fire,temperature measurement and indicator gas monitoring,implements the digital monitoring means of key area monitoring,threshold alarm and data information feedback of 120502 fully mechanized mining face.Specific planning and design are maded,which includes grouting,nitrogen injection,three-phase foam grouting and other systems,firstly in view of the integrated fire prevention technology in the goaf,and the various prevention and control technical measures were interlaced and applied,complementing each other,that interweaving into the control network for coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf.Through the evaluation of the effectiveness of fire prevention measures,it is concluded that the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal seams in 120502 working face has been eliminated,and achieved the expected effect of fire management.Design and application of coal spontaneous combustion control technology scheme for 120502 fully mechanized face,which guarantees the safe development of NO.05 coal seam in Liuzhuang Mine during the natural fire period,meanwhile,provides theoretical support and technical guidance for the safe production of Liuzhuang Mine and other similar mines in domestic.Figure [20] Table [31] Reference [82]...
