The coal resources of our country are very abundance,the degree of coal spontaneouscombustion is very serious,which not only affects the coal mine safety production,but alsocauses a large number of coal resources wasting.The geological condition of Ren-JiazhuangMine,which has more faults,is very complex,and the period of coal seam spontaneous isshort,but the tendency of coal seam spontaneous is high,and the coal dust is explosive.If thecoal spontaneous combustion disaster happens,it will cause serious harm.Therefore,this articleresearch is focus on the working face of coal seam spontaneous combustion rule and thecorresponding forecast and prevention measures.Through the analysis of coal seam spontaneous combustion “three zones” theory,we studythe oxidation of coal spontaneous combustion process and the division index of “threezones”.At same time,we sum up the characteristics and regularity of mining coal spontaneouscombustion.Through the experimental study, we can obtain the coal spontaneous combustioncharacteristic parameters of11306coal seam in Ren-Jiazhuang Mine:float coalthickness,oxygen concentration and intensity of air leakage,and draws the shortestspontaneous combustion period of coal seam is65days.Through on site observation,we obtain the actual velocity of working face as well as thegoaf float coal thickness,oxygen concentration,CO concentrationa and intensity of airleakage.Integrate the results above,we finally obtain the scope of “three zones” of the coalspontaneous combustion,and to determine the dangerous area of spontaneous combustion andthe limiting speed.According to the actual situation of11306work face in Ren-Jiazhuang Mine,the oxygenconcentration field of the goaf and the pressure filed is simulated using the Fluentsoftware,which verify the accuracy of the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion.Aforecasting system for defending gap spontaneous is set up with parameters of temperatue and supervising gases,which is based on the11306working face of coal seam spontaneouscombustion characteristic and laws.And put forward the main prevention measures,such asyellow earth and nitrogen injection.
