Resin anchoring agent is a kind of materials, it widely used in tunnelconstruction, building reinforcement, prestressed anchor reinforcement inhydropower engineering and so on. However, most of the anchoring agent relyon manual production, result in lower production efficiency, higher laborintensity and unstable quality. At present, manual production is graduallyreplaced by the automation of resin anchoring agent production line, but thereare also some problems. For example, there will be discharging discontinuousproblem at interfaces, when the two extrusion cylinder work alternately wherefeeding, result in bagging unqualified. The fundamental reason of the problem isflow pulsation which caused by pressure pulsation that appeared at interfaces ofthe two extrusion cylinder alternate work.Aiming at this problem, this paper firstly studied the basal theory of thefluid pulsation suppression, and did in-depth study for fluid pulsation principle, the dynamic characteristics of fluid pulsation in pipeline and evaluation methodof the filter’s effect, which laid foundation for structure design and characteristic analysis of the filter.Secondly, the current ripple suppression methods are studied. Elaboratedfilter principle of passive filters, such as bag type filter, reactive filter andresistance filter and so on. Advantages and disadvantages of the passive filtersare analysed, and a new filter is designed on this basis. This filter combinesadvantages of bag type filter and H filter. It can suppress the narrowbandpulsation waves, and also can suppress pulsation waves on the wide frequencyrange efficiently by changing the diameter, the length, and the number ofelongated holes.Thirdly, this paper introduces the modeling method of electric hydraulicanalogy, elaborated the theory basis of this method. The model of the filter fornarrowband was built by using the modeling method of electro-hydraulicanalogy. And the effects of the structure parameters on the filtering effect of thefilter are simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB. Research shows thatincrease the filter volume, reduce the elongated holes diameter properly, orincrease the length of the elongated holes are conducive to pulsation attenuation. The study also shows that, the viscosity of the fluid has some influence on theoptimal elongated holes’ number. In addition, according to the fluid pulsation characteristics of resinanchoring agent production line, a broadband filter was designed. This paperalso introduced the power bond graph modeling method. The system’s powerbond graph was drawn, and according to the power bond graph mathematical model of the system was deduced by using this method. Finally, the impact ofthe installation position and the viscosity of the fluid filter on filter effects areanalysed by using MATLAB, the simulation software. The results show that, tomake the filter closer to the pulsating source and away from the loading end asfar as possible when install the filter in order to make the filter achieve to thebest effect. The results also indicate that, the viscosity of the fluid will affect thefilter pulsation attenuation effect. That is, in some low frequency range, thelower viscosity of the fluid the better to suppress pulsation. While in therelatively certain high frequency range is just the opposite. In general, with theincrease of fluid viscosity, filter can attenuate the frequency range of pulsationwave more widely.
