Gaoguanying Iron Mines tailings cement feature test, using a orthogonal regressioncombination trial model to test the slump,the uniaxial compressive strength, the tensileand the shear strength of different ratio of the filling material, has been the slumpproperties of filling slurry and the filling test block’s compression, tensile, shear strengthcurve and its peak. Test results by regression analysis, has built regression function of testblock’s slurry properties and strength characteristics with the experimental factors.Through the F-test of regression equation, we can know the impact degree of differentfactors to the results of test, Determined the primary and secondary relationship ofdifferent test factors. Through the interception of compressive strength and shear strengthcurve’s elastic deformation section, take the compressive strength curve of elasticdeformation in origin75software segment for linear fit, and lists the regression function,available test block’s Young’s modulus, the number of Young’s modulus is the slope ofthe regression function. According to the definition of shear modulus, by calculated ofelastic deformation sections of shear strength curve, got the shear modulus of backfill.By the comprehensive analysis of Gaoguanying Iron Mines’s engineering geology,hydrogeology and environmental geology, got the relevant conclusions of miningtechnical conditions. Studied Gaoguanying Iron Mines rock’s the physical andmechanical properties, by rock quality evaluation system, we got rock’s maximum spanin no care, gave proposal of the stope’s structural parameters.For Gaoguanying Iron Mines filling’s gently inclined stratification characteristics,used a "gangmo" mechanical model, matched the self-filling body strength. Paperestablished after filling stope’s stability analysis model of different ratio of the filling,used the finite element analysis and calculations, got the relevant conclusions of thestability of stope after filling. Paper established the optimal ratio of filling material’sFuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, depending on the filling ratio of materialcemented properties and stope stability, did a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ofdifferent ratio filling materials’s filling characteristics, has been optimal ratio of fillingmaterial.
