At present, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of safety production related to underground mines. The most important thing is to ensure the normal and stable operation of each branch subsystem of the mine.In all subsystems, the stable operation of the mine ventilation system is related to both production and personnel safety. Therefore,It is practical to carry out reliability research in this system.Based on the review of relevant domestic and foreign literatures and previous research results, this paper studies the reliability of the ventilation system in the west of Zhujiaba Copper Mine by revising the field research, theoretical improvement and numerical simulation. The main contents are summarized as follows:1.Statistical and probabilistic theoretical methods were used to analyze the wind volume, fan running time and fan maintenance time of the mine ventilation system, and the distribution function of the index was determined and verified by Matlab software.Provide data support for subsequent reliability calculations.2.The network flow theory is applied to study the reliability of the ventilation system.Firstly, according to the above research, the upper and lower limits of the theoretical air volume of each roadway are calculated, and the reliability values of the wind flow of each branch roadway are obtained. The roadway with lower reliability value is checked one by one,and it is found that these roadways have obvious problems and hidden dangers. Then, using the contact matrix method, the minimum road set of the correlation matrix of the ventilation network system is first calculated by Matlab software and the reliability of the ventilation network system is obtained by the minimum path set method.3.Combined with Bayesian feedback regulation and cloud model theory, the underground mine ventilation system is divided into different levels of indicators, and experts are collected for different levels of scoring data and summarized. The obtained scoring data is converted into evaluation cloud model parameters, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight cloud model parameters. After obtaining the above parameters, the reliability analysis of the ventilation system iscarried out.It turns out that the method can effectively reduce the influence of human factors on the evaluation of traditional underground mine ventilation system, and effectively correct the evaluation difference between different evaluators.
