The Prelimlinary Exploration Of Integrated Environmental And Economic Accounting

The purse of this Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting (commonly referred to as SEEA) is to illustrate the relation between the ecosystem and economic system on the System of National Accounts. This paper applied itself to study several issues.Firstly, the thesis introduces some things about Chinses and foreign studies on greening economy and greening GDP theory. On the basis of these research, I bring forward myself comprehension about them.Finally, according to the characteristic of resources, ecosytem and environment in Dujiangyan City, appropriate rectification for accounting guideline and system is accomplished while in use. A series of value accounts are carried out in Dujiangyan City including the value of natural resources, the land value of resources, the loss of ecosystem destruction, the costing of actual pollution control, environmental degradation value, the value of environmental pollution and the value of environmental assets. The results demonstrate that 4.12% percent of Dujiangyan City GDP in 2006 year comes from exhausting natural resources and environment. As a result, the green GDP is 7883.36 million. Because partial environment and ecology cost can not counted exactly, the result of Green GDP is less than the fact. As deeper research, the system of Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting should be established dynamically and perfected constantly.
