As a hot research project for many scientists, derivatives Spiropyrans have already become the most promising Photochromic compounds owing to its unique photochromic properties that can satisfy the requirements of many functional materials. This paper focuses on the new synthesizing routes of Spiropyran compounds, the structure and properties of compounds were characterized and tested, and used polyvinylpyrrolidone to Support Spiropyran compounds for electrostatic spinning. The spinning performance and the spinning film were studied. The investigation development of organic photochromic compounds including the comparative research status between domestic and overseas were introduced at the beginning of the paper. Photochromic materials were summarized from the historical development, definition, classification, color change mechanism and application methods, and focused on the synthesis routes, reaction mechanism and kinetics study of Spiropyran Photochromic compounds, and presented the theme of this paper in conjunction with the current situation of research.2-methylene -1,3, 3-trimethyl indoline-3-, 5-nitro salicylaldehyde, 2 - bromoethanol were used to synthesize 1'- hydroxyethyl, 3 ', 3' -dimethyl -6- nitro - (2 - hydrogen -1- benzene pyran -2, 2 '- indoline) which was known as nitro Spiropyran through tow steps' way. A useful attempt was made in the synthetic route of Spiropyran Photochromic Compounds, and summed up the experience and lessons. The structure, optics and kinetic properties were tested by IR, NMR, MS, UV, and other means of testing. In order to explore the photochromic Properties of spiropyran with the structure of benzene ring with absoption electron group, a new Spiropyran compound 1 ', 3', 3'- trimethyl -6- hydroxy (2-hydrogen -1- benzene pyran -2, 2 '- indoline) which was shorted for hydroxyl Spiropyran was synthesized successfully with the way of nitro Spiropyran synthesis. The structure and properties of the new product were characterized and tested by IR, NMR, MS, and its photochromic and closed-loop and open-loop dynamic properties were verified through UV.To explore the influence of spiropyran photochromic properties aroused by increasing of conjugate number, the polymer monomer of nitro Spiropyran, isophorone diisocyanate was innovative synthesized which could be named as IPDI - NO2SP - HEMA. IPDI stands for isophorone diisocyanate, NO2SP stands for nitro Spiropyran and HEMA stands for hydroxyl methacrylate. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, NMR and MS. Because of the large molecular of monomer, molecular mass peaks couldn't be found in MS Spectrometry, but through IR and NMR characterization, structure informations of the compounds were obtained. Its photochromic properties were studied through UV absorption as well as the ring-opening reaction kinetics research. After that the polymer monomer of hydroxyl Spiropyran, isophorone diisocyanate and hydroxyl methacrylate was synthesized successfully reference to the experience of IPDI - NO2SP - HEMA synthesis in Chapter IV, which could be named as IPDI-OHSP-HEMA. It's structure was verified by means of IR and NMR, and its photochromic properties were tested through UV absorption.The general testing methods as well as the dominating parameters of electrospinning technology have been resumptively introduced in this article. Through the compare of Previous synthetic compounds' optical properties, nitro Spiropyran and IPDI-N02SP-HEMA were chosen as the Photochromic materials. Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was used as the Support material, and dissolved with the Photochromic materials through complexing action in acetone solution to keep the distribution uniformity and stability of the solution. Through groping various conditions, including the spinning concentrations of PVPK30, the soluble polarity of solvent, the spinning distance, the outflow speed of spinning solution, the adjustment of voltage electrostatic spinning, the best electronic spinning conditions was got. The spinning solution was tested by IR, the result showed that the complexation reactions occurred. Through contact angle test, its property of hydrophilic was tested with different content of nitro Spiropyran and IPDI- NO2SP-HEMA; through a scanning electron microscope, the form of the electronic spinning fibers was observed; through UV absorption, the photochromic properties of the electrostatic spinning film were tested.At last is the conclusion.
