In recent years, photochromic compounds have shown great potential applications in the area of information storage, electronic display, optical switch, etc. Low-molecular mass organogelators (LMOGs) research has also become a new field in the area of chemistry, physics and materials science. It has great significance in making a in-depth study of low-molecular mass organogelators.The main work of this article is:(1) Two kinds of spiropyran compounds SP5and SP12were synthesized. The fluorescent changes under light in toluene solution were tested. We use closed loop mannitol (Sq) as gelator, measured the fluorescent changes of SP5and SP12in solution state and gel state before and after light.(2) Modulation of the fluorescence of fluorescent material M1、M2、M3、M4、 M5、M6、M7doped with spiropyran compounds SP5and SP12using the closed loop mannitol (Sq) as the gelators in toluene solution under light was researched.(3) A novel coumarin compound was synthesized, the forming ability of organic gel and gel properties of the compound were researched.
