Study On Potential And Countermeasure Of Intensive Urban Land Use In Liuzhou

Intensive urban land use is an important way to improve the support capacity of construction land, and makes the way of urban land use from "extension expansion" to "potential tapping", also reflects the economic rationality of resource allocation, as well is the inevitable requirement for realizing resource sustainable utilization, developing circular economy and building economical society. Taken the urban built-up area of Liuzhou city as research object, this paper overall evaluations on the intensive utilization condition and analyze the potential of it, and makes clear the direction of potential tapping, then combines with the effect analysis of intensive use policy to put forward the policy environment that intensive land use potential tapping needed of Liuzhou city in the future. Paper covers the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly expounds the research background, the purpose and research significance, and briefly reviews the research status about potential tapping of intensive urban land use at domestic, also introduces the research methods etc.The second chapter is theoretical basis. It expounds land rent and price theory, the long-term production theory, law of land diminishing return, smart growth theory, and related theories about analysis, evaluation and countermeasures of intensive urban land use.The third chapter is the potential analysis of intensive urban land use. It overall evaluations on the intensive urban land use condition of Liuzhou city through established index system from the economy of intensive land use. Base on above, this paper calculates and analysis the potential of intensive land use of Liuzhou city, reflects the efficiency of urban land use and reveals the reality potential of urban land development and utilization.ChapterⅣis the policy analysis of intensive urban land use. It analysis the policy implementation effects and land management about intensive land use of Liuzhou city from the perspective of planning and market, and uses canonical correlation analysis model to quantitative analysis policy factors.ChapterⅤproposes the measures and policies of intensive urban land use management.ChapterⅥis the conclusions and prospects. It summarizes the major findings and limitations of the research presented in this paper.
