| Resource-dependent cities, as the main power stream for every country to develop economy as well as their own societies, have attracted so many eyes of scholars from both domestic and foreign regions. Along with the ever-going history's step, people's attitude towards the exploitation and uses of resource-dependent cities has been changing. However, the original exploitation mode, the fatuous one, has made extremely negative and serious impact both on natural environment and on the healthy development of social and economy development. The ecological environment among the cities'area has been seriously polluted, low efficiency of natural resource utilization which has dragged down the environment quality of production and society life of resource-based cities, the potential power sustaining over-all development of our country has decreased to a dangerous level. Nowadays, the environment protection for resource-dependent cities has been paid great deal of attention from our people, how to prolong the life circle of these cities and how to promote economy efficiency and citizens'life standard has become a compelling task for all the human beings around the world.As a emerging subject, ecological economics, which sets energy flow between ecological system and economy system as research object, is inter-crossing areas of ecology and economics. From the unique viewpoint of eco-economy system in resource-dependent cities, having analyzed eco-economy system features of resource-based cities, this thesis has opened out different value types and the dynamic balance in eco-economy system for resource-dependent cities, given a schematic model of internal value flow of the system, analyzed realization conditions of profits maximizing for every stakeholders based on which the analysis of economy power promoting the development of eco-economy system in these cities has been successfully made. Combining with the basic theory of fuzzy-matter element, this thesis has come up with the evaluation model of sustainable development potential of eco-economy system for resource-dependent cities which is also illustrated by example analysis. Fuzzy-matter element analytical method can not only help these cities compare the difference of sustainable development power during different time ranges but make comparison between different cities so as to offer objective and scientific proof for the city policy makers to realize sustainable development of resource-dependent cities. |
