With the development of information intelligent technology and electronic commerce,logistics is becoming more and more important in the development of national economy.The level of logistics development is an important indication of the development degree of a regional logistics industry,and the measurement index of logistics development level is diversified and dynamic.In this paper,the level of logistics development in six provinces of central China as a research target,the use of literature review,investigation,entropy weight method,fuzzy matter-element and other method of a comprehensive analysis.First of all,through the literature and related theories of reading,to understand the domestic and foreign scholars in the Logistics development level of research status,advantages and deficiencies.Secondly,using the survey method to understand the development status and prospects of logistics enterprises in the central region in recent years,and to collect relevant data for the study of this paper to lay a theoretical basis.Then through the principle of index construction and reference to the previous research results to determine the research indicators---the construction of regional economic performance,logistics infrastructure level,logistics and transport capacity and logistics informatization performance of four first-level indicators,and build 13 two-level indicators to reflect the first-level indicators.Thirdly,the author creatively applies the entropy weight method and the fuzzy matter-element evaluation model to the logistics field,the weights of each index are obtained by using the entropy weight method,then the fuzzy matter-element value is combined with these weights to get the score of each evaluation object,it should be pointed out that the value range of the evaluation scale is based on the national data Standard,not expert evaluations.The result of this can not only make the evaluation result more objective,but also can reflect the position of logistics level in the whole country in the central region.Then we use Topsis to verify the validity of the empirical analysis results.The results show that the logistics capacity in the central region is only in the middle and lower level,and there is a larger space for improvement.The logistics industry in the central region is deficient in the level of residents ' consumption,the average wage of logistics personnel,the mileage of waterway business,the mileage of railway business,the number of employees in logistics industry and the index of website ownership.Finally,according to the lack of performance in several aspects of logistics industry development trend,from "improve the level of logistics consumption,promote the growth of logistics industry","revitalize the regional logistics industry,improve the wages of logistics personnel","actively introduce logistics personnel,improve the quality of logistics team","improve the traffic infrastructure,improve the three-way operation mileage "," To upgrade the Internet application level,fully integrated logistics 4.0 " five layers to give suggestions for Central Region logistics development direction.
