The Establishment Of Safety Economic Model And Investment Decision In Coal Enterprise

In the face of safety investment of coal mine enterprise is poor, safety benefit of enterprise is not obvious, the paper analyzes the safety investment. Conjunction with the output correlation analysis method, the idea of analysis of safety investment is proposed based on the safety investment output correlation and safety economic DEA model in coal enterprise.In order to establish the model scientifically,reasonable and practical, first of all, the paper discusses related content of safety investment. It researches the output correlation analysis method, and establishes the safety input-output correlation table and model.Secondly, according to the actual situation of coal enterprises and the outline of DEA method, this paper deforms the C2R model in the DEA model in order to adapt to the safety production in coal enterprise. Based on the C2R model after deforming, this paper establishes the safety economic DEA model in coal enterprise. According to the result of the model, the paper analyzes the situation of the safety investment in coal enterprise, in order to improve the safety production level of enterprise.At last, take a coal mine as an example. The model calculation process completely realizes in the Matlab software. The results of analysis show that the safety investment still exists deficiency, need to increase. The safety investment in the future should focus on the day-to-day safety management,health care and protective equipment.This paper applies the DEA model to provide a new analytical perspective for safety investment analysis in the coal enterprise. It optimizes the safety production in the coal mine, and makes the programs and decision-making of safety investment scientifically and reasonable in coal mine.
