| The 21st century is a new era of global information and a project-oriented society. Project, as an important constitute in the activities of economic constructions of the human society, has penetrated all aspects of social development. However, project has been conducted under an increasingly complex and volatile environment, and therefore there exist various risks throughout the cycle of completing the project, which may lead to a failure to complete the project. As a result, project risk management has been a key for the development of project. The implementation of project risk dynamic management can effectively control project risk and enhance the success rate of project management. This thesis takes the engineering project as the research object. Based on the analysis on the theory of project risk management, this thesis proposes a viewpoint of project risk dynamic management that is based on three dimensions structure, including time-based dimension, environment dimension, and knowledge dimension. The main works of this thesis include:to systematically analyze the content and the structural relationships about project risk in terms of time dimension, environment dimension, and knowledge dimension by applying the basic ideas of Hall three dimensions structure; to give a relatively comprehensive analysis on the integration process and the contents of time dimension, environment dimension, and knowledge dimension in project risks. By viewing the time dimension as the main line and the environment and knowledge dimensions as the secondary lines, this thesis conducts a relatively systematical dynamic analysis for various stages during the project life cycle; to propose some new methods and thinkings about the selection and determination of project evaluation indexes, abiding by the principles for the selection of project evaluation indexes, and to establish the model for the dynamic analysis of project risk. This model can facilitate the determination of the key risk route that exist during the project process. Furthermore, the specific applications for this model is also presented; to establish the dynamic management model of project risk based on the guidance of basic thinkings of the PDCA cycle and to design the Network of project risk characterizations that can facilitate the selection of the measures to cope with risk according to six characterizations of risk, including the magnitude of the probability on the occurrence of risk, the extent of loss after risk occurs, etc. |
