Method Study Of Mine Construction Material Quality Management

Quality is the eternal theme of construction projects. The infrastructure project of coal enterprise includes underground mining constructor, ground building and installation project from aboveground to underground, is the platform of underground coal operations and ground handling business management. Project quality directly sustains the lives of coal miners, the relationship between comprehensive economic benefits of coal enterprises, and is the guarantee of coal industry health, stable, fast and sustainable development. Mine construction materials are the basis of the project, which is the guarantee of project structures and functions.This paper first reviews the supply chain and supply chain management, analytic network process and the basic principles of conflicts philosophy; second, analyzed the present situation of mine construction materials management, indicated that under supply chain management, in vender managed inventory ways, the choice of suppliers and material quality supervision is the basis of material quality guarantee and is the key of materials management; and then constructed vendor selection evaluation system using analytic network process, established the network analytic model of supplier evaluation, and using super decision software to compute to get the best supplier; finally, under the guidance of contradiction dialectical principle in philosophy, classified the mineral materials, prioritizing, do effective quality supervision to the materials directly from suppliers.The paper combined with the concrete practice of mine construction, managed the quality of materials to ensure the quality of the mine construction from the source and provided necessary reference for the new mine, achieve the goal of good quality mine.
