With the advent of the new economic era that is characterized with globalization and Internet,the life cycle of product is accelerating to shorten.In order to adapt to the challenges of the new technological revolution,most companies are actively change the organizational structure and management,human resource management outsourcing becomes the new management model to help enterprises to improve efficiency and gain a competitive advantage in such a social background.In the 21 st century,human resource management outsourcing industry in China has entered a rapid growth,companies will outsource part of the transaction work,promote enterprise management from transactional to strategic.However,with the growing maturity of the outsourcing market,a growing number of human resources service agencies appears.How to choose the best supplier as a partner that determines the success or failure of human resource management outsourcing activities for contracting enterprises.Based on the literature review,this paper summarizes the factors that affect human resource management outsourcing vendor selection and puts forward the scientific rigor of the selection index system through factor analysis.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a hierarchical structure and obtain the relative weight of each index.Based on grey correlation analysis of grey comprehensive evaluation model sort of alternative suppliers;Finally,the empirical results validate the feasibility of the model and points out the risks and control measures in the choice of supplier selection.This paper provides a scientific and effective method to choose the right outsourcing vendor for the contracting companies.
