On thisbasis, filtered through to the data statistics, from the time series and spatial distributionto show the quantity, scale and region distribution of fishery professional cooperativeeconomic organization in the pollution-free aquatic products certification; then from thepoint of view of the external macro to select four influence factors, that is the fisheryeconomic output, aquaculture area, fishing population, fisheries technology promotion agency, apply correlation analysis with the quantity of fishery cooperative economicorganizations which passed the pollution-free aquatic products certification, and findout the causes of the formation of the status; finally summarizes the developmentcharacteristic of the fishery professional cooperative economic organization in ourcountry, in views of the problems existing in the development, put forward suggestionsto promote a better development of Chinese fishery economic organization.The research results show that the fishery economic output, aquaculture area,fishing population and fisheries technology promotion agency all have a positivelycorrelated with the fishery cooperation economic organization quantity that has passedthe pollution-free aquatic products of certification, which means that these factors canpromote fishery cooperation economic organization quantity growth in pollution-freeaquatic product certification; in the four factors, the fishery economic output,aquaculture area and fisheries technology promotion agency have a significant positivecorrelation with the number of fishery cooperative economic organization, that’smeans fishery professional cooperative economic organization in pollution-free aquaticproducts certification has a stronger dependence on fishery economy growth, the waterenvironment and technical trainings; also, the population of engage in fisheryproduction on fishery cooperation economic organization has a certain impact ongrowth, but not obvious role in promoting.(5)Fishery professional cooperative economic organization in China is still in itsstage of relies on natural waters environment and provide primary raw materials for themarket, with low-tech in production, weak cooperation consciousness in the fisheryproduction personnel, the development of the fishery cooperation economicorganization still exist many problems.On the results of the study, this paper puts forward the following suggestions, fromthe external policy environment and cooperation organization’s own development, putup some suggestions to promote better and faster development of fishery cooperativeeconomic organization: perfect system of relevant laws and regulations in the fisherycooperation economic organization; to strengthen the government support in fiscal, tax,financial and education training; accelerate the fishery information construction; tostrengthen the internal specification management of fisheries cooperation economicorganization; actively carry out organization between the transverse joint, expand thescale of organization industry chain; to strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the level of cooperation organization management; implement standardized production and brand strategy, improve cooperation organization’s profitability; activelyexplore the market sales channel, enhance the capacity of the sustainable developmentof fishery cooperative economic organization.
