Study On The Management Of Hydraulic Engineering Investment

This article focus on the issues happened on the process of hydraulic engineering construction cost management under the premise of anglicizing construction costs related theory and the characteristics of hydraulic engineering. The whole thesis takes the North Xingjia reservoir reinforcement project in Longkou city as the example. First, analysis the investment decision-making mechanism and evaluation system of Longkou , North Xingjia reservoir project, and summarize experiences about investing in the survey. Analysis the application of value engineering in optimizing design based on the result of North Xingjia reservoir reinforcement project. Has discovered the questions of Shandong building projects cost through the project cost estimation method. Second, analysis and summarize the tender specifications, completion settlement and building final settlement in the North Xingjia reservoir reinforcement project. Finally, proposed a new method to monitor the management of engineering which called EV, on the meantime, realized the importance of build up the system of hydraulic engineering construction cost management.The result of this study has certain instructive meaning. Especially have a high reference value for investment decisions, the economic evaluation of non-profit nation investment programmers etc. in our province. It is also has a practical value on the use and fix of budgeted cost in the Shandong province. Other hydraulic project problems could also use this study.
