In the cases study section, with the use of Porter's five forces of competition model, this paper analyzed the company's competitiveness; with the use of financial management theory, the company's debt capacity, operational capacity, and profitability was analyzed and evaluated; with the use of marketing theory, this paper analyzed and revised the company's marketing product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy. According to the basis above, with the consideration of the company's actual condition, this paper proposed countermeasures to upgrade the company's competitiveness from the perspective of sustainable development of enterprises.
