| The highway transportation is the fundamental service industry of the national economy. It is also the important foundation that manages the resources reasonably and improves the quality and efficiency of economy circulation.It is the connection between China and the outside world. In order to achieve the goal of overall middle-class society and improve the socialistic modernization development, an applicable, safe, effective and continuable transportation system is necessary to be adopted. Furthermore, highway occupies the most important position in this system. Since "the national superhighway network programming"has been approved by the National State Department in 2004, national superhighway network had been further strengthened; therefore a great deal of private capital will be invested into the superhighway market. The central point of superhighway construction has been switched to economically less developed area or undeveloped area from the developed area. And it raised the risk of superhighway investment. So what kind of item of superhighway will get more profit, and what kind of item is good for investment? What is the key main factor of the decision? These are the questions that the investors concern most . With more than 10 years experiences of highway design and consultation and the researches of existing domestic highways in China, using the new analytical methods and tools learned in MBA programs ,the author summarized the problems which happened during instruction and performance and the successful experiences, focused on the questions above as the research topic and used modernized marketing theories to discuss the most important decision-making elements in the superhighway engineering feasibility research : item traffic volume analysis and the finance cost controls and performance analysis. The purpose of this research paper is to edify the investors, hence help them make the advisable choices in getting their private profits as well as the social profits. |
