| With the rapid development of telecom technology, telecom market will have to face a new round of transformation and recombination has spread all over the field of telecommunication. After the recombination with CNC, CUTC confronts with not only new chance but also new challenge. The department of network operation maintenance faces with unprecedented pressure and challenge because the extensive scale of enterprise, increasing kinds of business and incremental numbers of device. It is necessary for the change of enterprise to reform the network operation and maintenance management system, which has become an important subject for telecom enterprises and means a lot for the prospect of those enterprises.In this paper, the definition and type of network operation and maintenance management system was introduced. Then the current situation of Heilongjiang Unicom's network operation and maintenance management system that evolution of the system included was described. Finally, corresponding consideration in innovation of current network operation and maintenance management system was given among organizational structure, construction of Operation Support System and management of quality.In the second part of this paper, the factor of influence in evolution of Heilongjiang Unicorn's network operation and maintenance management system was analyzed. Based on the analysis of organizational structure, construction of Operation Support System and management of quality in-depth, improvement plan of Heilongjiang Unicom'network operation and maintenance management system was proposed. And then, the corresponding safeguards that gradually integrate development of Operation Support Systems management measures to build a main task of quality management practices was given, which is an active market-oriented operation and maintenance of quality management standards by the provincial highly centralized organizational restructuring operation and maintenance of measures. |
