A Case Study On Project Management For Logistics Management Information System Operation And Maintenance Of BTS

In the history of software applications, operation and maintenance of a project is always being an inevitable work to keep a continuous running system. As the development of IT technology, software operation and maintenance has been more subdivided, also improved awareness of the project process management has been enhanced greatly. If you want to improve the maintenance project benefits must be combined with a variety of factors, including software process, tools, development method. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the experience of whole process project management for logistics systems operation and maintenance of BTS.Currently BTS’s logistics maintenance project has a relatively complete set of process management measures can protect the completion of the project, but there is a great lack of quantitative management. In this thesis, firstly it studies the whole process of management of BTS’Logistics maintenance project. Secondly it analyzes the problems which exist in the management, including the high cost of operation, low quality of both product and monitoring, low satisfaction from the consumers, the uncertainty of project schedule and the lack of improvement. Finally based on overall quality management theory, incentive theory, and project management theory, it gives enhancement in these orientations:the project mode, management processes, and incentives, which will promote the whole process improvements, increase the level of automation of project operation and maintenance, so as to enhance the quality of projects, reduce project costs, and improve customer satisfaction.The purpose of management of BTS’s logistics operation and maintenance project case study, is to figure out the problems existed in the project and propose the solutions. This solution could lower the cost of implement, and improve the quality of products, which would finally help company to create greater profits and promote company’s competition in the market, thus this also has some reference for other projects.
