The Research & Management On Network Operation And Maintaince Mode At Hunan Mobile

The communication market of our country develop rapidly in recently.The communication network develop rapidly too.The custom's demand to communication network quality getting higer and higer.Pepole's complaints for network quality getting more and more.Operators of the communication network operation and maintenance of the increasing emphasis on work, investment is also growing,and efficient operation of the network of high-quality work to the survival of the relationship between the enterprises of the new height.With the communication of the lower prices, people's living standards improved, price is no longer a people to choose the most important factor in communication networks, and communication quality people to choose the network has gradually become a key factor. How to enhance network operation and maintenance management, improve network quality, has become the communications operators to retain old customers, the development of new trump card users.China's major telecommunications operator through the operation of several decades, and gradually formed its own network operation and maintenance management style, and in the actual operation has achieved remarkable results, but compared with the advanced communications operators, or there is great gap. In this paper, I will combine for more than a decade in China's mobile experience and learn from foreign advanced experience of operators, from the organizational structure, staffing, performance assessment, management models, such as detailed analysis of many aspects, pointing out that China Mobile in the network operation and maintenance deficiencies that exist in the work and put forward suggestions for improvement to enhance the efficiency of operation and maintenance to meet the competitive needs.In this paper, the results of research for the communications network operator in operation and maintenance work has important reference value.
