Study On Communication Network Operation And Maintenance Of Project Quality Management

With the rapid development of telecommunications industry, subscribers require a higher communication quality in these years. After the restructuring and one-way number portability testing, the three operators meet a more fierce competition. In order to enhance their competitive advantages, the operators spare no effort to optimize network, or implement the operational quality of network. However, only 57% of such projects reach completely success. Therefore, there is an urgent need to enhance quality management of such projects.Based on the theories or methods of quality management, the main problem existing in the quality management of Guizhou mobile and how to guarantee the normal operation of communication networks are discussed in this article. Finally, the main causes leading problems in network's normal running are analyzed through the fish bone diagram, and thus the key quality control points, which can provide references to the quality management of projects on maintaining network's normal running, are determined.
