Research On Business Process Reengineering For Survey And Appraisal Business Of Shenzhen Survey & Appraisal Agency Of Quality & Technical Supervision

As the expanding of business, Shenzhen municipal government's reform and the fierce market competition, SSAA has to reengineer its business processes and management to meet the development needs.Shenzhen Survey & Appraisal Agency of Quality & Technology Supervision (short for SSAA) was established in 1997, engaged in providing quality technical appraisal services for the Judicial Arbitration and other agencies. This paper studies the SSAA's business process, points out that the main problems, and puts forward the reengineering project combined with BPR theory, meanwhile, offering the safeguards. This paper includes five parts. First, introduce the background and significance of this paper, etc; second, describe the basic theory of BPR; third, study the existing business processes of SSAA; fourth, propose the reengineering project of part of SSAA; fifth, offer the safeguards for project implementation.Based on the analysis and diagnosis of the existing business processes of SSAA, this paper optimizes the business process in order to shorten the time to identify product quality, and reduce the time cost and quality appraisal cost. This article is of great theoretical and practical significance for SSAA to improve the efficiency of product quality and service, and improve the recent operating results and long-term core competence.
