As the result of the flourish of acknowledge economy, the higher degree of the our society's opening, and the great alteration of the working methods, modern enterprises and organizations are getting more and more dependent on human resources. Human resources with high qualities and strong competitions are playing an essential role in the existence and development of the modern enterprises and organizations, which can never be superseded by any other factors. As an important integrant of the modern human resources management, career management sticks the needs or demands of the organization's and that of its staff's together promotively, accomplishes the mutualism and harmonious developments among persons, organizations and the entire societies, and then becomes one of the most efficient ways for persons and organizations to help them get on well with the speeding changing in the social and economical environments.The article starts from the research background and the research meaning, expounded the theoretical of the core staff and career management, then it made an concise analysis of the human resources situation of Haihua Group, focusing on the description of career management of the staff and pointing out that it is necessary to implement the career management of the staff. According to management, technology, marketing and skills; Construction the career design of the company's staff. Finally, study the implementation of this design through comprehensive using of relevant theory. Including establish organizations, establish relevant systems and the implementation process adopted, then evaluating the effect of the implementation of the career management program of Haihua Group.Carrying out the career management of employees can help the employees to select the right direction of career, encourage them better, evoke the employees enthusiasm,they can achieve the value of themselves, also bring the larger value of the corporate simultaneously, to reach the aim "win-win".
