At present,China has entered a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and marching towards the second centenary goal.It is more eager for talents than any period in history.The competition among countries is,in the final analysis,the competition for talents.The competition among enterprises,especially the competition among high-tech enterprises,is more about talents.Knowledge-based employees are the main force to promote the development and growth of high-tech enterprises,and are a particularly important core resource of the company.Strengthening the training of knowledge-based employees,reducing the frequent loss of knowledge-based employees,and tapping the huge potential of knowledge-based employees are the core competitiveness of the company.powerful measures.This research takes the knowledge-based employees of Guizhou Dongfang Century Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Dongfang Century Company)as the research object,and discusses the construction of the company’s knowledge-based employees’ career management system.On the basis of a lot of literature research,it systematically expounds the related concepts of knowledge workers and career,and introduces the main theories of career management in detail.Combined with the actual situation of Oriental Century Company,through the distribution of questionnaires and statistical analysis of data,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of career management of knowledge-based employees in Oriental Century Company.By clarifying job categories and rank divisions,determining job qualification standards,designing diversified career development channels,strengthening training guidance,updating assessment and evaluation systems,and improving assessment and feedback processes,the Oriental Century Company has established a career management system for knowledge-based employees.Study the practical problems existing in the career management of knowledge-based employees in Eastern Century Company,and propose specific implementation plans for the company’s knowledge-based employee career management system design,which is conducive to making the company’s knowledge-based employee management mechanism more in line with the economic environment of the new era.The development requirements of the enterprise provide scientific and reasonable decision-making for Oriental Century Company in the introduction of knowledge-based talents and the improvement of human resource management,and provide a reference basis to promote the enterprise’s human resource management system to be more complete and comprehensive,effectively boosting the company’s core competitiveness.of continuous enhancement.
